pro mould is safe for septic systems, though the product must be thoroughly flushed through with water and followed by pro harmony.

For all things shower, we recommend our pro bathroom & toilet. This stuff is seriously magical.

Both the pro window & glass solution and pro multi-purpose solution use the pro multi-purpose concentrate, just at a different dilution. Please see below:

• pro window & glass dilution rate: 25ml of concentrate per 500ml spray bottle
• pro multi-purpose dilution rate: 50ml of concentrate per 500ml spray bottle

Our products come as powerful concentrates, so you’re not paying for water. Simply pour the recommended amount of concentrate into your pro360 spray bottle (check the label for exact measurements) and top up with water. Give it a gentle shake and you’re ready to clean.

Please note: pro mould is the only product in our range that comes ready to use, no dilution required. Just spray directly onto the surface and let it work its magic.

For matte black surfaces, we recommend pro multi-purpose. It’s pH neutral, streak-free, and gentle enough to clean without leaving marks or damaging the finish.

The pro multi-purpose concentrate doubles as our window & glass cleaner also and is available to order with two matching spray bottles. Often the window & glass strength (25ml concentrate) is strong enough for cleaning matte black, if not, try and multi-purpose strength (50ml concentrate).

Yes, our pro window & glass solution is actually our pro multi-purpose formula, diluted to half strength for a streak-free finish on glass, mirrors, matte black cupboards & fridges, high gloss, and stainless steel.

When you order the pro multi-purpose concentrate, you can choose to add two matching pro360 spray bottles - one with a 50 ml concentrate for everyday multi-purpose cleaning, and one with a 25 ml concentrate for your pro window & glass solution.

Unfortunately, glass cancer is permanent and cannot be reversed with any product on the market. The only way to treat glass cancer is to replace your shower screen.
