Our products come as powerful concentrates, so you're not paying for water. Simply pour the recommended amount of concentrate into your pro360 spray bottle (check the label for exact measurements) and top up with water. Give it a gentle shake and you're ready to clean.

We recommend diluting only as needed to avoid the product sitting stagnant. Feel free to use the provided ratios on each product to guide the correct ratio for smaller amounts.

Please Note: pro mould is not a concentrate and comes ready to use, no dilution required. Just spray directly onto the surface and let it work its magic.

For most of our products, include 50ml of concentrate per 500ml spray bottle:

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a test or trial pack. The smallest size concentrate we sell is our 500ml.

To best measure out our concentrates from the 5L containers, we recommend grabbing yourself a pro smooth flow cap tap. Unscrew the lid on the container and replace it with this puppy - you'll be good to go!

To avoid our products sitting stagnant, we recommend only diluting as needed.

pro multi-purpose (window & glass), pro bathroom & toilet, and pro harmony are all pH neutral, making them safe for use on all surfaces, including natural stone, marble, and terrazzo.

4. Leave to dwell for 20 minutes
5. Light agitation may be required for heavy build-up.
6. Rinse thoroughly with water.
7. Repeat if necessary.

Our regular pro spray bottle trigger contains an internal metal component whereas our pro mould spray bottle trigger is made entirely out of plastic. Due to the strength of the pro mould formula, it could cause damage to the internal metal component and result in a brown coloured liquid when sprayed, so we developed a trigger built specifically to handle pro mould.

While pro mould should not be used with our regular triggers, our pro mould spray bottle trigger can be used with any of our concentrates.

After each use, we recommend removing the trigger from the bottle. Either empty the remaining concentrate back into the storage container or put a cap on the bottle. This helps to best preserve your trigger.

Despite being professional strength, pro mould is not classified as Dangerous Goods under Australian transport regulations (ADG Code). That means it does not meet hazardous freight thresholds and can be shipped via standard carriers.

Glass cancer, also known as etching, describes the permanent surface corrosion that happens when soap, water, and other residues build up on the screen and start to etch into the glass. Unfortunately, no cleaning products are able to restore the damage.

While it designed to sanitise, disinfect, and deodorise, pro bathroom & toilet is not an official disinfectant.

You absolutely can! pro degreaser features a food-grade formula which makes it safe to use in food prep areas while still delivering powerful results in industrial settings.

For matte black surfaces, we recommend pro multi-purpose. It's pH neutral, streak-free, and gentle enough to clean without leaving marks or damaging the finish.

The pro multi-purpose concentrate doubles as our pro window & glass cleaner also and is available to order with two matching spray bottles. Often the window & glass strength (25ml concentrate) is strong enough for cleaning matte black. If not, try and multi-purpose strength (50ml concentrate).

For all things shower, we recommend our pro bathroom & toilet and/or pro shower. Honestly? They're absolute little weapons.

As a general rule of thumb, pro bathroom & toilet is a great all-rounder and can be used to remove everyday grime on your shower screen. For more heavy-duty muck (that almost needs a chisel just to remove), pro shower has got your back.
