Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • - Items must be returned to our warehouse (at own expense)
  • - Items must be in their original packaging
  • - You must provide proof of purchase
  • - We do not refund used cleaning cloths.

Return Postage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • - The item was damaged in transit, or
  • - You received the wrong product

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect product selection (if the item has been opened)
  • Attempting to clean surfaces that are permanently damaged or beyond restoration (glass etching)

Please note: PRO Shower will not remove “glass cancer” (permanent etching of glass). This is physical damage to the glass and cannot be reversed by any cleaning product.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • - Your order number
  • - A description of the issue
  • - Clear photos

We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return your eligible product (if approved), and place a new order once your return is processed.

Return shipping costs apply.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • - Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • - Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • - Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalise the refund
