Expected Better From the Brand

I was initially impressed with the concept of these concentrated cleaning products and had used the Window & Glass cleaner several times without issue. However, after preparing and storing the product exactly as directed (in a spray bottle and kept under a sink out of direct sunlight), I discovered visible mould/ bacterial growth inside the bottle.

I contacted customer service to raise the issue and was disappointed by the response. Rather than investigating the problem or offering a meaningful resolution, I was advised that diluted products should only be mixed for "immediate use" due to the potential for bacterial growth. This limitation does not appear to be clearly communicated in the product instructions, which are based on preparing a full 500ml spray bottle.

If diluted products are not intended to remain stable for normal household use, I believe this should be made much clearer to customers. I was also offered a 15% discount on a future purchase, which I did not feel adequately addressed the concern.

Unfortunately, while I liked the concept of the products, both the product performance in this instance and the handling of the issue have left me disappointed, and I won't be purchasing again.

which product is best for cleaning matte black cupboards and fridges?

For matte black surfaces, we recommend pro multi-purpose. It’s pH neutral, streak-free, and gentle enough to clean without leaving marks or damaging the finish.

The pro multi-purpose concentrate doubles as our window & glass cleaner also and is available to order with two matching spray bottles. Often the window & glass strength (25ml concentrate) is strong enough for cleaning matte black, if not, try and multi-purpose strength (50ml concentrate).
