Slightly disappointed. It might be my mistake for not reading the description carefully enough, but I honestly thought it came with the cleaning solution, especially considering the high shipping fee. Now I have to place another order for the refill because I have nothing to use. Just a heads up for future buyers to check the details.

I can see the bottle, but where is the pro window & glass concentrate?

Our pro multi-purpose concentrate is a double agent that is used to create both the pro multi-purpose and pro window & glass solution. Simply follow the below guide for the best results:

pro multi-purpose

Dilution Rate: 50ml of concentrate per 500ml spray bottle

500ml Concentrate = Makes up to 10 spray bottles
2L Concentrate = Makes up to 40 spray bottles
5L Concentrate = Makes up to 100 spray bottles

pro window & glass

Dilution Rate: 25ml of concentrate per 500ml spray bottle

500ml Concentrate = Makes up to 20 spray bottles
2L Concentrate = Makes up to 80 spray bottles
5L Concentrate = Makes up to 200 spray bottles

DILUTE ONLY AS NEEDED TO AVOID PRODUCT SITTING STAGNANT.

why does the pro mould trigger look different?

All of our regular triggers contain an internal metal component which is incompatible with pro mould due to the strength of the formula. Instead of putting up with the pro mould rusting out the component from time to time, we created a unique trigger designed specifically for pro mould that's made entirely out of plastic.

do I really need to empty out the bottles after each use?

To best preserve your triggers and to ensure your solution remains fresh, we recommend diluting only as needed.
